SECTION 1 - SHIPPING METHODS
Domestic orders will be shipped with SA Postal Services or The Courier Guy (Door to Door). Calculation of the shipping charges are based on a combination of chosen shipping method, total product order weight or volumetric weight, destination country and postal code. In the event of your parcel requiring a dedicated special trip to deliver the shipment, additional charges may be levied. Examples of special delivery areas include: Mines, Power stations, Plots, Farms, Remote areas, Military bases, Game lodges, Port / Harbours, Embassies and Consulates. In this instance, you will be contacted prior to delivery. For deliveries overseas we use the most appropriate courier service for the specific country. Carriage is undertaken in accordance with the carriers terms and conditions.
SECTION 2 - FREE SHIPPING
Shipping to the majority of places in South Africa will be free for all orders over the value of R1000.00. Places excluded from free shipping include: Mines, Power stations, Plots, Farms, Remote areas, Military bases, Game lodges, Port / Harbours, Embassies and Consulates. Free shipping does not apply for Black Friday specials, Distributors and Wholesale customers.
SECTION 3 - DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Times are approximate and calculated by working days only, we DO NOT ship on Saturdays and Sundays. We try our best to dispatch your order the next working day on condition that the payment has been received. When an order is dispatched an email will confirm shipment including any applicable tracking numbers. Risk of loss passes from us to the shipping carrier, upon delivery of any items to such carrier.
SECTION 4 - LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
We check all goods for quality and condition before they are dispatched. In the unlikely event any part of your order is received missing or in a damaged condition contact us immediately on receipt of your order, and at least within 3 days by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Claims received after 3 days of receipt cannot be accepted. You must retain all damaged items and packing should the carrier need to carry out an inspection. If the goods and packaging are not available for inspection the claim will be rejected and you will be liable for the cost of the damaged goods.
SECTION 5 - INSURANCE
You can rest assured we insure all deliveries against loss or damage in transit.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS
All goods must be returned in original packaging and original condition You must inform us within 3 days of receipt of your order if you wish to return an item. All returns must be prior approved, e-mail us email@example.com if you need to return an item for a Returns Authorisation Number. Do not return goods without contacting us first, goods returned without a Returns Authorisation Number will not be accepted. Refunds will be subject to 15% Administration Fee.
Delivery/carriage charges for delivering the goods to you in the first instance and any delivery charges for returning the goods to us are not refundable. If you are returning goods that were delivered under a free delivery offer, then our cost for delivering the goods in the first instance is payable by you. and will be deducted from your refund. When returning goods please make sure you gain adequate insurance with the carrier you use against loss or damage in transit. If you request replacement goods then delivery charges will be made.
